Very good location near to kandivali station , room size is good, service is excellent,interior also excellent at a good price

Rooms are presentable, just require a little attention to detail. It needs to be made clear regards what exactly breakfast includes, and that the water bottles supplied are chargeable and not complementary. Overall appearance is good. After having voiced our concerns, the issues we had were dealt with professionally. Very close to the station, so anyone requiring ease of travel, the hotel is perfect for that.

The location is right next to Kandivali station on the West side. I did not find the train noise to be a problem at all as the room is well insulated. The room was very well maintained with few minor issues - soap provided was not good, no complimentary water bottle provided and AC seemed to need servicing for better cooling. The wifi was working very well. Overall a good stay and I would highly recommend it.

Service is too bad. I requested for a charger to charge my phone, and no one was helping me. I am disappointed as my phone was dead and I was into emergency situation.

The hotel is situated in a very crowded place right next to Kandivali Station(check photo). The hotel has no parking facility and the entrance is very shady. Once you get to the floor of the hotel things seem a bit better. The rooms are decent but do not have a single window in the super Deluxe room. Also, there is a continuous sound of trains as the hotel is right next to the railway station. The geyser wasn't working. They spent almost half an hour in the room before the geyser was working and I could use the washroom. Considering the stay, the rooms definitely seemed to be overpriced.
